CTC Committee Meeting Minutes Template
A Company Training Committee runs on documentation — and the minutes are where the worker-outcome basis gets recorded. This is the minutes structure I've used across real CTC projects. It keeps the committee on the five things that actually matter to the project.
Use it when: Running a Company Training Committee for an NTUC/e2i CTC project — recording each meeting so the transformation and its worker outcomes are documented.

How to use this template
- 1Use the same five standing items every meeting so the record is consistent.
- 2Give section 2 (worker outcomes) the most attention — it's the assessment lens for CTC.
- 3Keep cost lines (section 4) separate from any PSG or EDG claim on the same project.
- 4File the minutes as you go — they form the documentation trail for the project.
CTC is facilitated through NTUC/e2i — formed and run with the union, not via an online form. I advise and facilitate; the committee and company own the project. The framing throughout is workforce redesign, never replacement.
