What does an AI consultant in Singapore actually do?
I help Singapore SMEs adopt AI that earns its keep — mapping which roles and workflows to redesign, then building the AI employees and automations to production standard. I pair the build with the business case, so it's structured to be grant-funded where eligible.
How much does it cost to build an AI employee?
It depends on the role and the workflows it replaces, so I scope it rather than quote a fixed price blind. Most builds redesign a S$2k–5k/month role at roughly half the cost. Book a 30-minute call and I'll size it honestly against your operations.
Which Singapore grants can help fund AI adoption?
The ones SMEs ask about most are PSG (up to 50%), EDG (up to 50%), MRA (up to 70%) and CTC (up to 70%). I explain eligibility and how they stack — as education, since the approval decision always rests with the agency, not me.
Can you guarantee my grant will be approved?
No — and anyone who guarantees a government grant is bluffing. I help you prepare a strong, honest application and scope the project correctly, but the funding decision rests entirely with the agency (Enterprise Singapore, IMDA, or the relevant body).
Are you affiliated with or endorsed by the government?
No. I'm an independent, PMC-certified consultant (PMC-10960) — I'm not a government body and I don't speak for one or imply endorsement. I help you understand and approach the official channels (Enterprise Singapore, IMDA) correctly, and every grant point I make links back to the official source so you can verify it yourself.
Do you submit the grant application on my behalf?
No, and that's deliberate. A grant application carries declarations the business owner must make and own — a consultant filing them for you is a compliance red flag. I prepare you, scope the project honestly, and make sure your case is accurate and strong; you submit it through the official portal in your own name.
What makes you qualified to advise on this?
Real, hands-on experience. I've been through these grants and AI builds for my own businesses, and helped friends' businesses do the same — so I know how they actually play out in practice, not just how they read on paper. On the AI side, I build the production systems myself, not just talk about them. I share all of this as practical, educational guidance from someone who's been in your seat — never as official or government advice, and the relevant agency's own channel always has the final word.
Do I need to be technical to work with you?
Not at all. Most of my clients are SME owners and operators, not engineers. I translate the technology into plain business terms — what it does, what it costs, what it returns — and handle the building myself.
