I'm Nick — a Singaporean writer and builder. I help business owners, union leaders, workers, and grant officers navigate the AI shift without the buzzwords. After years of building in public, I've learned that the people who win aren't the most technical — they're the ones who move first.
What I do
I build AI employees for Singapore SMEs — sales agents, CRM managers, personal assistants, research analysts — that replace S$2,000–5,000/month roles for under S$200/month. On the side, I write about AI, mental health, and the messy reality of building something from nothing.
Why I built this site
I was tired of seeing AI advice that didn't apply to real people running real businesses. So I write what I wish I had read three years ago — tactical, specific, and free of jargon.
