Chapter two · 2011 to 2016
Kaisheng Concepts: a company named after its two founders, who shared the same name.
Two friends called Kai Sheng. One limited liability partnership. A fleet of arcade cabinets, claw machines and photo booths that went wherever a corporate event or a festival needed a crowd to stay longer.

What it did
Rented the reason to stay.
An event tent is a hard place to hold attention. Kaisheng Concepts rented the machines that held it: twin Daytona USA racers, Le Mans 24, rows of claw machines, a Real Puncher, a Shooting Gambling cabinet, photo booths, and later VR, delivered, set up under the tent, counted out of the coin box, and packed down at close.
The 2013 site described it as a joint venture between two friends who shared a name and a desire for new solutions in event marketing, backed by a gaming company with three decades in the trade. I was one of the two from the registration in December 2011 until 2016.

Stated on this page, in the closing noteWhat it taught me
Logistics is the product people never see.
A claw machine that arrives late, or a Daytona cabinet that trips the tent’s power, is a bad event no matter how good the idea was. Five years of festival calendars taught me to build the boring parts first. It is why every AI employee I ship today comes with the security file, the pre-ship gate and the honest empty state before it comes with the demo.
My time there ran 2011 to 2016. The LLP remains on the ACRA register today.
