Enterprise Singapore's PSG and MRA stopped taking new applications on 29 September 2026. New applications now go through the EDGE Grant. Each EDGE activity page lists the documents for that activity, so start there. For six consultancy activities, the vendor documents include SS 680 certification. Based on the schemes EDGE replaces, also expect: company ACRA profile, financial statements (PSG and MRA asked for 3 years), project scope and proposal, cost quotations from a pre-approved vendor or other vendor depending on the activity, and projected productivity outcomes with baseline data.

Company documents: ACRA business profile (recent), UEN, and financial statements. Check your activity page for EDGE's requirement; PSG and MRA asked for 3 years of financial statements, so have 3 years ready rather than 1 or 2.
Project documents: detailed project scope and objectives, implementation timeline, cost breakdown from a pre-approved vendor or consultant, justification for grant support.
Outcome documents: baseline data for the productivity or capability indicators the project is expected to improve (e.g. current processing time, headcount cost per task), projected outcomes with methodology, and - for disbursement - post-project evidence of outcomes achieved.
For activities where EnterpriseSG requires a pre-approved vendor, that mechanism is confirmed to carry into EDGE - bring the vendor's pre-approved solution details. EDGE's activity pages (read 30 September 2026) list "SS 680 certification" among the vendor documents required at application for Business Strategic Planning, Financial Framework and Corporate Strategy, Sustainability Strategy Development, International Branding, ISO/IEC 27001 and ISO/IEC 42001. Large-scale Digital Transformation does not list it.
Practical tip: the project scope and baseline data are the most time-consuming documents to prepare and also the most important for assessment quality. Begin with these before the portal opens.
