What documents do I need for an EDGE grant application in Singapore?

Short answer

EDGE application documents have not been finalised. Based on the EDG and PSG model, expect: company ACRA profile, audited financials (1–2 years), project scope and proposal, cost quotations from pre-approved vendors or PMC consultant, and projected productivity outcomes with baseline data.

Company documents: ACRA business profile (recent), financial statements for the past 1–2 financial years, UEN, bank account details for grant disbursement.

Project documents: detailed project scope and objectives, implementation timeline, cost breakdown from pre-approved vendor or PMC consultant, justification for grant support.

Outcome documents: baseline data for the productivity or capability indicators the project is expected to improve (e.g. current processing time, headcount cost per task), projected outcomes with methodology, and — for disbursement — post-project evidence of outcomes achieved.

For PMC-engaged projects (Enterprise Efficiency cluster): the consultant's PMC registration number, scope of work, and deliverables. For Digitalisation cluster projects: vendor's pre-approved solution details.

Practical tip: the project scope and baseline data are the most time-consuming documents to prepare and also the most important for assessment quality. Begin with these before the portal opens.
